Job Description
Supervise and coordinate construction workers and subcontractors
Ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications
Monitor daily site progress and report to project managers
Maintain safety standards and enforce site regulations
Manage site resources (labor, materials, equipment)
Resolve on-site issues and delays
Project Planning & Execution
Coordination & Communication
Project Monitoring & Reporting
Documentation & Compliance
Stakeholder & Client Management
Meeting & Follow-ups
Candidate Profile
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, project tools (MS Project, Asana, etc.)
- Good understanding of budget tracking and basic financial coordination
- High ownership with minimal supervision
Additional Notes
Who can travel to all sites and even stay at site as well as and when required.
