We are looking for a dedicated and confident Telecaller to communicate with consumers and create awareness about smart meter installation. The role involves calling customers, informing them about upcoming installations, and ensuring proper coordination for smooth execution of the project.
Job Description
- Make outbound calls to consumers regarding smart meter installation.
- Clearly explain the benefits and purpose of smart meters to customers.
- Inform consumers about the scheduled visit of installation personnel.
- Confirm customer availability for installation on the given date.
- Address basic customer queries and concerns in a polite and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer responses.
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure smooth installation scheduling.
- Follow up with customers when required.
Skills
- Good communication skills in local language and Hindi (basic English preferred). Confident and polite speaking manner. Ability to handle customer queries effectively. Basic knowledge of calling processes or telecalling experience preferred. Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel
