Safety Manager – Mundra Site

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor HSE policies as per client standards
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and risk assessments (JSA/RA)
• Ensure compliance with PTW, LOTO, height work, hot work procedures
• Investigate incidents/near-misses and submit reports
• Coordinate with client safety team and conduct audits
• Ensure PPE compliance and safety training

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of industrial safety standards & regulations
• Expertise in PTW systems, hazard identification & risk assessment
• Leadership and team handling skills
• Incident investigation & reporting skills
• Good communication and coordination with client teams
• Documentation and audit handling capability

Qualification & Experience:

• Degree/Diploma + NEBOSH/IOSH
• 5–10 years experience
